This recipe will be the simplest yet most delicious treat you’ll ever make! These Condensed Milk Chocolate Truffles are made with crushed biscuits, melted butter, cocoa powder, and condensed milk – the ultimate quick bake!
Place the cream crackers into a food processor and pulse until crushed. Do not pulse until fine, you want the biscuits to have some texture.
In a large mixing bowl, add the crushed biscuits, condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, melted butter, coffee, and 2 tablespoon of desiccated coconut.
Use a rubber spatula to mix all the ingredients together. Make sure the truffle mixture is well combined.
Cover the mixing bowl with the chocolate mixture in plastic wrap and refrigerate the truffle mixture for about an hour, until firm and easy to roll.
Use the palms of your hands to roll the truffle mixture into balls of about 20 grams each. Place the rolled truffles onto a tray.
Add the remaining coconut to a bowl, and roll each truffle in the desiccated coconut until well coated. Serve, and enjoy!
Notes
If you are struggling to roll the truffles, let the mixture chill in the fridge for longer. The mixture is much easier to handle if it is cold.
