If you are looking for the perfect brunch drink, this Gin Spritz is your drink! Freshly squeezed grapefruit, gin, and of course, a little bubbles. Because whats brunch without a little bubbles.

This drink is great after work on a Friday, poolside on a Saturday, or at a fezzy Sunday brunch. I love how you can adjust the amount of alcohol by tweaking the volume of soda water added.

If you love trying new cocktails at home, you need to try this spicy Lychee Cocktail.
